Payment
Customers may pay using either Paypal or a major credit/debit card. All items, including custom listings, must be paid for in full before they will be shipped out.
Shipping
You will be notified via email both when you place an order and when your item ships. Ready- to- wear (non- custom) items will be shipped with 10 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your items. Merchandise is shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. You can track your package using your delivery confirmation number (found in your “Order Shipped” email) at www.usps.com. Currently, we ship only within the continental U.S. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order at checkout.
Refunds/Exchanges
Unworn ready- to wear (non- custom) items can be exchanged for the same item of a different size, or returned for store credit towards a future purchase. Store credit can be applied to both ready-to-wear and custom items. Custom items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Returns/exchanges must in the same condition as when order was sent out to the customer from GLB Couture headquarters. Returns/exchanges must be postmarked within five (5) business days of the initial delivery date. Any items that have been worn or are not postmarked within five (5) business days will not be eligible for return/exchange. Please contact us in the event of an exchange/return to let us know that you will be sending back your item(s). You will be emailed a return/exchange form to fill out that must be included in your package when you ship your item(s). Once we receive your item back in its original condition, we will process your exchange or return. Shipping charges to send returns/exchanges back to us will be the customer’s responsibility. Please include delivery confirmation to verify that your package arrives back to us for processing.

Any and all personal information submitted to Gerri Lorraine Beatty Couture will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed or sold to any third parties. GLB Couture site server and Paypal secure your personal information with firewall and encryptions during your order process.
